Pinnacle are a leading provider of housing, neighbourhood and community-facing services across the UK; managing and maintaining communities and places where people live, learn, work and play. They maintain the facilities at these schools and staff the community lettings.

What is BookingsGuru and who are Kajima Community?

BookingsGuru is the name of the team at Kajima Community that administrates the out-of-school-hours facility hire at this venue. Kajima Community empowers schools, health centres, councils and local organisations to hire out underused venues for the benefit of everyone.

The BookingsGuru team is available to answer all of your queries and booking requests from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

What is BookingsPlus?

BookingsPlus is a booking platform which has been designed and developed by Kajima Community, specifically for use in community spaces such as this one.

Who facilitates my booking when I am at the venue?

Robertson provides staff to manage your booking when you are on site. Please liaise with site staff if you have any immediate queries during your booking, and at all other times contact the BookingsGuru team.
